Ability to delete default accounts

Hi Doug,

I noticed that I am unable to delete or edit the default account names under the Accounts Tab in Surebeans (v0.92.1).

I have two different savings accounts, which I would like to track separately. To do this, I have to create two new accounts, rather than just making one new account and renaming the default savings to the specific account. And then, I have to keep the third default savings account. If I try to edit the name or delete it, nothing happens.

I am able to get what I want, it is just a little clunky and I think it could be improved.

Hey @ngills, I think this was the same issue as Issues with Manual Add/Delete of Transactions in Records Tab - #5 by ngills. Surebeans was just a little undertested on Windows. Please post again if you still experience this problem in 0.96.0 or later. Thanks!
